I haven't received my download email. 

Download emails and order confirmations are typically delivered instantly, but some email filtering systems/settings or a high volume of orders may slightly delay the download landing in your inbox. If it's been more than 60 minutes since you completed your order: 

1: Check that your email address is correct in your account/order confirmation.
      • If you paid through PayPal, the order confirmation and download may have been delivered to the email associated with your PayPal account.
      • If your email address needs corrected, email shop@remodelaholic.com with your order number and corrected email address.
        2: Check your spam/junk folder for the download email. Gmail users: Also check the Promotions tab. 
            • The download email subject is Downloads for Order ##### | Remodelaholic from sender Remodelaholic (notifications@fetchapp.com).

                How do I download/open my file(s)? 

                Click the link in the download email. This will take you to a page where all your downloads from that order are available to download. 

                Click each download link and, when prompted, select where on your phone/device you'd like to save the file. Then navigate to that location on your computer/device to open the file. Download links are limited to 5 downloads, so be sure to save somewhere you can access later!

                iPhone/iPad users: Choose Yes when prompted to download. After the file has downloaded, click the download icon (circle with a down arrow) in the top right corner of the browser, next to the address bar, to open the file. The file is stored the file in the Files app on your phone (a blue file folder icon), so it's there for access any time you need it, rather than having to use that download link again every time. 

                My download says it's expired. What do I do? 

                Most printables have a limit of 5 downloads, so if you've opened the download from the emailed link 5+ times, the link automatically expires. If you haven't saved the file where you can access it again: Email our team at shop@remodelaholic.com and we can reset the link for you. 

                I received a .zip file. How do I open it to get my printable? 

                .zip files are compressed files used to deliver large files, especially image files. To open a .zip file, follow these instructions for Windows PC and Mac.

                Most mobile devices, require a third-party app to open a .zip file -- so we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer for .zip files.
