This is a very strong DIY raised garden bed table. This is a great solution for square foot gardening as well and won't give you a backache!
Each 4'x4' raised garden bed planter gives you 16 square feet of planting surface. This planter bed is designed to hold up to 16.5" of soil (up to ~14 cubic feet of soil) for deep root vegetables and strong plants!

Soil depth between 12" and 16".

To build this raised garden bed, you'll need:
- 4x4x8 Cedar Fence Post
- 2x4x8 Redwood
- 2x6x12 Redwood
- 2x6x8 Redwood
- box 5lb Red 3” Deck Screws
- gal. Penofin Oil (or the oil of your choice. Only need about a qt.)
- roll Weed Barrier
plus these tools:
- Circular Saw
- Kreg Jig (pocket hole jig)
- Random Orbital Sander
- 100 Grit Sand Paper for orbital sander.
- Drill – A hammer drill works great to drive in the screws with ease.
- Extended Drill bits for drilling deck screws in the pocket holes.
- Rafter Square
- Tape Measure
- Level
- 4″ Foam Brush for brushing on oil.
