  • (1) 1x3x6
  • (1) 1x4x6
  • (1) 1x5x6
  • (1) 1x6x6
  • 1-1/4″ pocket screws
  • 1-1/2″ pocket screws
  • 1-1/4″ wood screws
  • 2″ wood screws
  • Wood glue
  • 1-1/2″x12″ piano hinge

as well as 

Note: a 5/4x2x8 measures 1-1/8″ thick x 1-1/2″ wide x 96″. If you cannot locate 5/4×2 at your local store, you can also rip 5/4×4 to 1-1/2″ like Scott did.
