This is a very strong DIY raised garden bed table.  This is a great solution for square foot gardening as well and won't give you a backache! 

Each 4'x4' raised garden bed planter gives you 16 square feet of planting surface. This planter bed is designed to hold up to 16.5" of soil (up to ~14 cubic feet of soil) for deep root vegetables and strong plants!

• 4x4x8 Cedar Fence Post
• 2x4x8 Redwood 
• 2x6x12 Redwood 
• 2x6x8 Redwood 
• box 5lb Red 3” Deck Screws
• gal. Penofin Oil (or the oil of your choice. Only need about a qt.)
• roll Weed Barrier

plus these tools: 

• Circular Saw
• Kreg Jig (pocket hole jig)
• Random Orbital Sander
• 100 Grit Sand Paper for orbital sander.
• Drill – A hammer drill works great to drive in the screws with ease.
• Extended Drill bits for drilling deck screws in the pocket holes.
• Rafter Square
• Tape Measure
• Level
• 4″ Foam Brush for brushing on oil.
